Our office is in-network with Anthem and Delta Dental. While we are not in-network with other providers, we accept most major providers. If you have any questions about your provider, give us a call, and we'd be happy to check your coverage. We can also file and track your claims to ensure you're getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.
